The New Allison Foam Turbine developes an ‘airated’ wet foam. The system starts with the Allison ‘2-in-1’ Dual Port Injection System and includes our 1/2” stainless steel Foam Turbine that is equipped with a detachable angle
spray nozzle that once removed will provide you with a 0° nozzle that reaches up to 30’ up. This Foam Turbine / Dual Port Chem Inductor gives the operator many options
some of which include:
1. Stand alone chemical injection that will draw chemical at a rate up to 22%
from either of the two adjustable mixing knobs.
2. Attach one of the mixing knobs to detergent and the other to another product
such as bleach, wax, etc. that typically will not hold up when mixed directly
into a detergent solution. This way you are mixing as they enter the water
stream where they will not have an opportunity to separate.
3. Attach the Allison Foam Turbine to the end of the wand , close off one of the
adjustable mixing knobs to produce the industry’s best pure wet foam.
4. Attach the Allison Foam Turbine to the end of the wand and place the chem
line from one of the mixing knobs into your favorite foaming detergent and
adjust the other mixing knob to allow a small amount of air to be pulled into
the line. By doing so you will be able to adjust the foam consistency.
5. When using this Allison Dual Port Induction System consider the second port
as a ‘spare’ injector. If one side quits drawing simply close that side down and attach the
chemical pick-up line to the other side of the injector.
6. In comparing this system to typical lance end nozzles such as the X-Jet which
is designed to throw chemical up to 3-stories just remember the Allison Foam
Turbine System is throwing foam rather than diluted chemical and it is doing so
without having a second chem line attached to the end of the lance that you
have to drag along. Over the years Allison has produced Injectors that have
become the ‘gold standard’ throughout the professional marketplace. We have been able to get more product
to the surface than anyone and now we can make it ‘cling.’

The purpose of a Thruster Nozzle
Most chemical injectors will draw around 10% to12% and oftentimes that is not
near enough. The reason for this limited draw is because the more high pressure hose you have
on your system the less the injector will draw. Attached at the end of the lance the Thruster will allow you to draw in the
20-40% range.
The THRUSTER attaches to the end of your lance and allows you to stand on the
ground and throw chemical as high as 30-45 feet.
